Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing and Content Creation Intern, you will work closely with the founder to support the design, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Your main focus will be to develop engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and vision while driving awareness across multiple platforms.

You will be encouraged to experiment with ideas, test new strategies, and take ownership of projects. The role requires someone who is both analytical and imaginative someone eager to understand audiences, craft messages that resonate, and help build a meaningful brand in the personal-development industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns that highlight the company’s workshops and events.
  • Design visuals, infographics, and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Support video editing for Reels, Shorts, and training highlights using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Assist with website management and updates (WordPress / Elementor).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, content ideas, and audience insights in public speaking and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with the founder to create storytelling-driven marketing campaigns that build authenticity and trust.
  • Monitor and evaluate content performance to improve engagement and reach.

  • Genuine interest in public speaking, branding, and creative storytelling.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.
