1. Executive Assistant

The company is seeking a smart, confident, and well-presented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and executive support to senior management
  • Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, reports, and internal communications
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
2. Sales Team Lead (Campus Sales)

The company is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Team Lead (Campus Sales) to represent the company on university and tertiary institution campuses. The successful candidate will act as the company’s official campus agent, responsible for promoting and selling the company’s bottled and sachet water products to students.

Please note: This role is preferably open to students currently enrolled in a tertiary institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Multi Pac Ltd’s official sales agent on campus
  • Promote and sell the company’s water products to students and campus vendors
  • Drive on-campus sales activities to meet assigned targets
  • Identify sales opportunities within halls, hostels, and campus events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and campus stakeholders
  • Submit regular sales reports and feedback to management

Requirements:

  • Must be a student of a tertiary institution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, confident, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-campus sales activities
  • Previous sales experience will be an added advantage
3. Sales Team Lead – Supermarkets

The company is recruiting an experienced sales professional to manage and expand supermarket sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and motivate sales representatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket decision-makers
