Applications are now open for the UNICEF Thailand Young Professionals Programme 2026, an exciting opportunity for university students and recent graduates to gain practical experience in the development and humanitarian sector while contributing to UNICEF's mission of improving the lives of children.
The programme provides participants with the opportunity to work alongside experienced UNICEF professionals on meaningful projects in communications, digital advocacy, volunteer engagement, and knowledge management. Through hands-on assignments, mentorship, and professional guidance, young professionals will develop practical skills while supporting initiatives that promote children's rights across Thailand.
The UNICEF Young Professionals Programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice by giving students the opportunity to contribute directly to UNICEF's work.
Throughout the programme, participants will work closely with experienced professionals while gaining first-hand exposure to communications, advocacy, youth engagement, and humanitarian programming. Rather than observing from the sidelines, participants will actively contribute to projects that support UNICEF's mission to protect children's rights and improve the wellbeing of children across Thailand.
The programme also helps participants strengthen workplace skills, build professional confidence, and gain valuable experience that can support future careers in international development, communications, public policy, and humanitarian work.
