Fellows will work closely with Catalyst Now's Community Building and Learning team to coordinate the organisation's Learning Series, Fundraising Masterclasses, and Academic Hubs while helping strengthen engagement across its global network.

The position is fully remote and can be carried out from most countries, provided the fellow can maintain approximately five hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST) working hours. Successful applicants who are not receiving another grant or scholarship will receive a monthly stipend of USD 750 throughout the fellowship.

About Catalyst Now Learning Initiatives Fellowship

Catalyst Now is a global movement that brings together social innovators, nonprofit organisations, philanthropic institutions, businesses, and community leaders working to create lasting social change. Originally launched as Catalyst 2030, the organisation has grown into an international network representing more than 7,400 members and nearly 5,000 organisations across over 150 countries.

The Learning Initiatives Fellowship supports Catalyst Now's mission by helping organise learning opportunities that enable members to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and strengthen collaborative solutions to global challenges.

Throughout the fellowship, participants will coordinate virtual learning sessions, communicate with facilitators and participants, manage schedules, support programme delivery, document learning outcomes, and assist with monitoring participation. Fellows will also contribute to improving knowledge management systems and ensuring that learning resources remain accessible to Catalyst Now's growing global community.

The fellowship is ideal for individuals who are interested in education, community engagement, programme coordination, knowledge management, international development, and systems change. Because the work involves collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders from different regions, fellows will gain valuable experience working within an international and multicultural environment.
