- Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact
- Partner with the Foundation’s Impact team to design and implement robust M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) frameworks.
- Use data-driven insights to track outcomes, identify areas for improvement, manage risk, and optimize programme performance.
- Prepare regular programme reports that highlight achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future growth.
- Partnership & Community Development
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships to expand reach and deepen impact.
- Support the grant process: develop criteria, manage applications, screen prospective partners, and negotiate contracts.
- Create and nurture a community of volunteers, educators, and partners, facilitating peer learning, collaboration, and networking.
- Capacity Building & Onboarding
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline the partner onboarding experience, ensuring it is smooth, effective, and scalable.
- Continuously refine tools, systems, and processes to support partner success and improve efficiency.
- Advocacy, Outreach & Representation
- Represent the Foundation externally, attending regional and global events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Amplify the Foundation’s work by contributing to newsletters, social media, and other communications channels.
- Share success stories, lessons learned, and impact data to strengthen the Foundation’s brand and mission.

- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving partners from different sectors, such as non-profits, schools, and government bodies.
- Demonstrated grant management experience, including creating eligibility frameworks, overseeing application processes, and ensuring compliance.
- Excellent community-building skills, with experience in growing and supporting networks of volunteers, teachers, and partner organisations.
